This was my first job after school. I was so happy to work alongside and learn from some of the most amazing painters in the industry. This is a poster I painted based on a layout by Sébastien Piquet and a color key by Aurélien Prédal
Character color models
On the film I mainly made color models like these to establish the look of the characters. I worked from line drawings by the character designers, and described volume, color, material and texture as accurately as I could to inform the character modeling and shading.
